Dear Boise School District Community,

As we approach the winter holiday break, we want to take a moment to express our warmest wishes to you all. The past year has brought many challenges, but it has also shown us the strength and resilience of our school community.

Despite the difficulties we faced, our students and staff have continued to work tirelessly to ensure that our students receive the high quality education they deserve. We are proud of the dedication and commitment that everyone has shown.

It’s important to remember to take care of yourself both physically and mentally. While this time of year can be filled with joy and celebration, it can also be stressful and overwhelming for some. Please make sure to prioritize self-care and reach out if you need assistance.

There are resources in place for you and your loved ones at any time of the day or night. If you, or someone you know, needs support, please reach out to your mental health provider or one of our community partners below:

Send a Virtual Postcard to Our Students

One of the things our community does best is joining together to support each other and modeling resilience for our community's kids. In that spirit, we're collecting virtual postcards from our community to share with our students. If you have some words of encouragement you'd like to share with our students, please send a Virtual Postcard - messages of support for students.

Once again, we wish you a happy and healthy holiday season. Stay safe and connected to those you care about. Thank you for your hard work and dedication, and we look forward to seeing you in the new year.

Sincerely,

Coby Dennis
