Student Transcripts & Records

Academic and personal data for currently enrolled students are maintained at their school.  If you wish to obtain or change any of their information, please contact the student's school directly. 

Post graduate academic files are maintained at the student's school for one year following graduation.  The files are then sent to the Student Records Department for archival.  Students are considered "Alumni" immediately after their graduation.

Alumni students in need of their transcript must order them using an online website at Parchment.com. After you have set up an account using the legal name you used when you were in school, your transcripts may be ordered and securely sent to colleges, universities, institutions or individuals of your choice.  The process takes approximately 24 to 48 hours to be completed. 

Graduation verification company "requests" must be sent  to: 
fax - 208-854-4019 or email - [email protected].  Please do not use the Parchment.com website for these verifications.
