Please note the clinics originally scheduled at South on 7/6; Fairmont on 7/9 and Les Bois on 7/12 have been cancelled due to the need to repair the air conditioning unit in the mobile vaccination RV.
The remaining clinics are walk-in clinics and no sign-up or appointments are necessary. The clinics provide voluntary access to the COVID-19 vaccine and are open to the community. Any individuals, 12 years or older, no matter where you live or which school you attend, will be able to receive either their initial or second COVID-19 vaccination.
Parents are also welcome and encouraged to accompany their students, if they would like. Any parents or other community members who walk up will also be able to receive the vaccine.
Consent:
- Students will need a signed consent form or a verbal phone consent from their parent/guardian for the initial and booster vaccinations.
- Consent forms have been translated into Swahili, Somali, Arabic and Spanish.
Price:
- The vaccinations are free.
- Students should bring their insurance information to the appointment if they have one. However, they will not be turned away if they do not have insurance and no one will be billed for the vaccination.
