Athletic Events & Practices Canceled Due to Inclement Weather (Jan. 12 & 13, 2024)

Dear Boise School District Staff and Parents/Guardians:
Due to inclement weather, all 5A SIC sanctioned athletic events scheduled for today and tomorrow (Friday, January 12, 2024 and Saturday, January 13, 2024) have been canceled and will be rescheduled.
The safety of our athletes and spectators is our top priority, especially in light of the forecasted hazardous travel conditions. We understand that this is disappointing news for those who were looking forward to the games and matches, but we hope you can appreciate that this decision was made with everyone's best interests in mind. Coaches and athletic directors at the affected schools will provide updates regarding rescheduling of the events in the future.
In addition to the 5A SIC canceling all 5A SIC athletic events for today and tomorrow (Jan. 12 & 13, 2024), Boise School District will also be canceling all athletic practices in the Boise School District for today, Friday, January 12, 2024 and tomorrow, Saturday, January 13, 2024.
