Dennis Professional Technical Education Center

The Dennis Professional Technical Education Center was constructed in 2000.  The District has worked closely with industry representatives in identifying the need for upgrading and expanding job training programs at the Center to help students prepare for future postsecondary and career success.

Successful passage of the 2017 Bond Election will provide upgrades to existing career technical education programs, technology and classrooms (technology, safety, space). The following current programs will be upgraded to better serve students and local industry partner needs:

  • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
  • Dental Assistant
  • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
  • Graphic Design

Expansion of the Pro-Tech Center, which was completed in August of 2018, will also allow students to gain valuable skills with the addition of the following, industry-aligned job training programs:

  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Heating-Air Conditioning (HVAC)
